Welcome to DevOps Next 2024 and Beyond

    The Impact of DevOps

DEVOPS, once a novel idea, has now become a widely adopted practice, significantly changing how we approach software creation. It has successfully navigated the storms of inflated expectations and the trough of disillusionment, proving its applicability throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

DevOps began with the desire to close the divide between development and operations and eliminate decades of “over-the-wall” software delivery to Operations. DevOps’ originators knew there must be a better way.

DevOps, often misconstrued as a technology or a set of tools, is in fact a philosophy that fosters a culture of collaboration. It guides how we develop software, breaking down job role and organizational boundaries. In essence, DevOps is not about tools, but about fostering a collaborative environment, much like how carpentry is about the craft of designing and creating quality wood objects.

DevOps was built and has matured upon a collection of principles and concepts borrowed from Agile, Toyota manufacturing, Deming’s Total Quality Management, Lean manufacturing and Eliyahu M. Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints (to name a few). DevOps implemented concepts like shortened feedback loops, continuous improvement, smaller units of work, shorter cycles, continuous workflow, removing roadblocks and crossfunctional collaborative
    teams.

  • Standing Out in an Overcrowded Digital Landscape: Strategies for Tech Marketers in 2025

Standing Out in an Overcrowded Digital Landscape: Strategies for Tech Marketers in 2025

Making your message heard amid endless content and competing priorities is harder than ever. AI-generated content is everywhere, buyer expectations are shifting, and traditional tactics don’t drive the engagement they once did. To cut through the noise, tech marketers need a smarter approach—one that’s data-driven, authentic, and designed to meet buyers where they are.

This guide shares actionable strategies to elevate your content, build trust, boost engagement, and position your brand as a true industry authority.

    1. Data-Driven Personalization
Effective marketing starts with clear goals and an understanding of your audience. Start by defining measurable objectives and aligning your content to the customer journey. Use analytics to segment your audience and tailor messaging that addresses their unique needs and challenges. This targeted approach ensures that your content resonates with the right buyers and creates real impact.

    2. Humanize Your Content
Buyers don’t connect with brands—they connect with people and stories. Share real customer experiences and addresses common pain points to make your content more relatable. Back your insights with solid research and thought leadership to build credibility. This approach not only fosters trust on a human level but also strengthens your position as a trusted industry authority.

    3. Innovate with Diverse Content Formats
Not all buyers consume content the same way. Combine bite-sized formats like infographics and video clips with immersive experiences such as webinars and virtual events. A multi-channel strategy increases visibility, captures the attention of potential customers, and keeps them engaged throughout their journey—ensuring your message reaches them across various platforms.

    4. Leverage Emerging Technologies
As a tech marketer, you know that if you’re not keeping up with technology, you’re already falling behind. The right tools don’t just improve efficiency—they help you adapt to market changes faster. AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and advanced CRM systems can optimize performance, personalize content at scale, and refine your strategies in real time.

At Techstrong Group, we understand the challenges tech marketers face—cutting through the noise, reaching the right buyers, and proving real impact. For over a decade, we’ve been at the center of the tech industry, connecting with decision-makers, tracking trends, and delivering insights that matter. If you’re ready to elevate your content strategy and cut through the noise, we’re here to help. Let’s connect and explore how our expertise can support your goals.

  • The Futurum Group’s 2025 Technology Analysis & Predictions Report

Welcome to Futurum’s 2025 Key Issues & Predictions Report

As 2025 begins, I’m reminded of one fundamental truth: disruption waits for no one. Organizations and leaders who can anticipate, adapt, and act quickly will thrive. At The Futurum Group, we are focused on helping you decode the complexities of today’s digital-first world so you can stay ahead of the curve.

From AI’s pervasive influence across enterprise applications to seismic shifts in hardware, cloud, and customer experience, our team of analysts—some of the brightest minds in research and strategy—has dissected the forces driving change and outlined actionable insights for what’s next.

I invite you to explore the predictions in this report and reflect on how your organization can harness these shifts to drive growth, improve outcomes, and elevate experiences for customers and employees alike.

Here’s to meeting the future head-on—together.

    AI Software and Tools:
Agentic AI Disrupts the Business Application Universe

Prediction: By the end of 2025, we will see a significant shift in how enterprise software is consumed. At least 30% of routine business software interactions will be mediated through AI agents rather than direct user interfaces, leading to a restructuring of software licensing models.

    Why This is Trending:

    • Recent breakthroughs in large language models have dramatically improved agents’ ability to understand context and execute complex instructions across multiple systems.
    • The increasing complexity of enterprise software stacks — most large companies have multiple hundreds of SaaS applications — has created an urgent demand for solutions that can abstract away this complexity for end users while maintaining operational efficiency.

    Use Cases:

    • Cross-Platform Business Process Automation: An AI agent could manage an entire employee onboarding process by automatically coordinating across HR systems, IT provisioning platforms, and training modules, all without manual intervention across multiple systems.
    • Intelligent Resource Optimization: An agent could continuously monitor and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement platforms, and inventory management software simultaneously.
    • Integrated Customer Experience Management: An AI agent could simultaneously interact with CRM systems, support ticketing platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing software to provide unified, context-aware customer service and relationship management.

  • Techstrong Group and Boca Code Announce Applications Open for Fall 2022 ‘Engineer the Change’ Scholarship

Techstrong Group and Boca Code Announce Applications Open for Fall 2022 ‘Engineer the Change’ Scholarship

Engineering the Change Scholarship Applications Now Open

Techstrong Group will grant a $10,000 scholarship for Boca Code’s flagship Software Engineering Career Course

Boca Raton, FL, August 11, 2022 — Techstrong Groupthe power source for people and technology, has teamed up with Boca Code, a coding school that provides comprehensive training in software development, to award two Engineer the Change scholarships to help foster diversity in the local IT talent pool and empower individuals from underserved communities to develop the skills needed to succeed in the IT industry.

The scholarship is awarded twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall, with students receiving $10,000 each to put toward Boca Code’s Software Engineering Course. The 10-week intensive coding bootcamp combines theory and hands-on, project-based learning that prepares the students for a career in software engineering.

The Engineer the Change scholarships combine two goals that are core to Techstrong Group. The first is doing our part to make South Florida a world-class hub for the tech industry. The second is providing opportunities for individuals from underrepresented communities to acquire the skills they need for a successful career in tech.

Additionally, scholarship winners are featured in the ‘Engineering the Change’ video series, produced by Techstrong Group, that follows the recipients on their journey to become software engineers.

“We are pleased to partner with Boca Code to give talented individuals a chance to pursue their dreams and launch, or advance, their career in IT,” said Alan Shimel, founder and CEO at Techstrong Group. “The scholarship will be awarded to the most deserving student who is passionate about technology and demonstrates the potential to be a future leader.”

Research shows a staggering lack of diversity in STEM fields, most noticeably within computer and engineering positions. It is a glaring workforce disparity that requires both recognition and responsibility from those at the highest levels in the tech world to create a more diverse and equitable workforce.

“We appreciate our partnership with Techstrong Group,” said Boca Code CEO Todd Albert. “It is important to us that we seize every opportunity to help foster diversity and inclusivity within the tech industry, and the Engineer the Change scholarship is a great start to empowering disadvantaged minorities within the South Florida community to grow their technical skill set.”

    How To Apply

To be eligible, applicants must be over the age of 18 and be part of an underrepresented community (i.e. women, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans or other minority groups).

To be considered, applicants will be required to submit an essay detailing how they can serve as a role model to other disadvantaged individuals hoping to acquire the skills to become successful tech workers, and what type of career in the tech industry they are hoping to pursue. While the idea is to help the South Florida tech community, applicants can apply from anywhere, as long as their essay explains why they are coming to South Florida to launch their tech career.

Important Dates and Deadlines for the Upcoming Fall 2022 Scholarship

    • Submissions for the fall scholarship will open on August 11, 2022.
    • The application deadline for the fall scholarship is September 6, 2022.
    • The winner for the fall term will be announced on September 8, 2022.
    • Fall term begins October 3, 2022 and ends December 16, 2022.
    • The application process for the Spring 2023 scholarship will open in March 2023.
